Seeing students walking around campus feeling the spring vibes

이화여자대학교는 대한민국의 사립 여자 대학교이다.
한국 최초의 종합대학교이다.
서울특별시 서대문구에 캠퍼스를 두고 있다.
이화대학이라는 교명은 1886년 고종 황제가 대한민국 최초의 여성 교육의 시작을 기념하기 위해 당시 메리 스크랜턴 여사가 경영하던 여학교에 하사한 이화학당에서부터 시작되었다. 특히 이화라는 명칭은 1887년 고종황제가 칭호 하사 한 것으로 유명하다.
Ewha Womans University is a private women's university in South Korea.
It is Korea's first comprehensive university.
The campus is located in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
The name Ewha University began with Ewha School, which Emperor Gojong bestowed in 1886 to the girls' school run by Mary Scranton at the time to commemorate the start of Korea's first women's education. In particular, the name Ewha is famous for having been bestowed by Emperor Gojong in 1887.
