Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Go to Settings - All Settings - Preferences - Game DVR & streaming.
Under “Record that” records, you can choose the length of the clips you want to record, from 15 seconds to 5 minutes.

Alternatively, you can also press the Xbox button and then press X to record the last 30 seconds of gameplay. You can change this duration by pressing the View button and selecting a different option.
