Multimedia artist Tracy Barbosa presents "Waterfall Benediction. A projection of a waterfall on Fall River’s City Hall to be seen from west-bound traffic on 195, as well as a pedestrian view on the west wall of City Hall. This apparition will offer its benediction of infinite water over the heads of passersby. It is a brief appearance of just one of Fall River’s many ghosts whose name we intone nearly every day.
