The Australian Turf Club has stepped up its fan experience at Randwick and Rosehill Gardens with the installation of the world's longest LED screen on a racecourse.
The man behind the initiative, The ATC Executive GM Infrastructure and Strategic projects Piers Thompson said the screen was "the first of its kind".
"It's a real opportunity for our sponsors and to really enhance that fan experience when people are at the track," he said.
"We've had a bit of fun with it.
We can do all sorts of things; Horse heart rates, Jockey profiles, speed of horses along the main straight - interesting facts that will enhance the experience and for out partners to advertise in an innovative way."
The screen runs at 150 metres along the straight and is in action today at Rosehill.
