#focaccia bread is a traditional Italian type of #bread that is made from simple ingredients such as flour, water, salt and yeast.
It's part of the Italian culinary culture. So much so that each region has its own recipe.
Our focaccia recipe comes from the "Focaccia Barese", a variation of the original focaccia, made with boiled potatoes and extra virgin olive oil.
PizzaMi's Focaccia is a 70g round loaf, #glutenfree and allergenfree .
