I'm kicking off a new garage project with my recently acquired Lexus GX470, and it’s in dire need of some serious overland mods! In this episode, we’re starting with one of the most critical upgrades: new wheels and tires.

The factory first-gen GX wheels are notorious for flaking and corroding, and mine were no exception. This issue even had me suspecting that leaking valve stems were causing air loss. But not anymore! I’ve upgraded to Stealth Custom Series Gen 5 wheels in a stunning dark gloss bronze, paired with Falken Wildpeak AT4s—a perfect setup for both daily driving and tackling the trails.

This GX470 build is set to become the ultimate overland companion to my A90 Supra, and I can’t wait to show you how we transform this rig into something truly special. I’m super excited to share this journey with all of you, so stick around for more updates on this epic GX470 build!
