Because the LIRR continues to run short trains on the Ronkonkoma line they're often late due to overcrowding. It also took almost 5 minutes for them to open the doors at Mineola. Meanwhile the westbound Huntington train that I boarded behind it was 12 cars and empty. Both M7s of course. The LIRR needs to do better at allocation of cars. The 4 busiest branches should have no less than 10 cars. If that means running 6 car trains on the Hempstead, West Hempstead, and Far Rockaway branches then so be it. But I am tired of seeing the middle of the Island treated like crap and it's only going to get worse unless more people speak up!
