The perfect hotel-style White Kurma using Buffalo milk recipe by Chef Sunder. This particular dish is mostly fading from our home kitchen and is only available in hotels and restaurants. But most people like this dish and this is a rich feel-good dish. We do blanching of vegetables, making coconut gravy and further cooking processes. this is a long cooking process that will take around 45 to 1 hour to complete and it's worth it.
So stick to the end and surprise your family with this perfect white kuruma made with Buffalo milk and people call is as vellai kurma or pal kurma

Here are the ingredients for this Vella kuruma
Blanching
Carrot – 2tbsp
Cauliflower – 2tbsp
Beans- 2tbsp
Green peas – 1tbsp

For Dish
Vanaspati – 2tsp
Fennel seeds – ½tsp
Garlic cloves – 6
Cinnamon and cloves – few
Grated coconut – 2tbsp
Tomato – half
Chopped Onion – 2tbsp
Chopped Ginger – 1tsp
Buffalo milk or Full cream milk – 1liter
Coriander leaves – few
Fresh cream – 2tbsp
Salt – as required
Coconut oil – 1tsp
