Heat molding my USD Carbon Team 2018 Black GC Skates. Preheat your oven to anywhere from 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit . Take off your cuff , wheels , frames and plates as well as taking out your padding inserts prior to placing your skates in the oven.

Leave the heat on and steady while your skates sit for 20-25 minutes. Take them.out without burning yourself and place your skates on the soul plate with the bolt holes aligned. Put your insert back in and step into your skates while on the plates. Tie them as tight as you can and strap them as well.... hang out and lean a bit with your knees bent for about 20 minutes. Put them all back together and GO SKATE! They are awesome!
