The beautiful black sand beach of Las Gaviotas is a refuge in the north of Tenerife and one of the least crowded beaches on the island. It is located just 13 km from Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
It is a small wild volcanic sand beach, full of character and very close to Las Teresitas beach and the village of San Andres
We left the hotel in Costa Adeje very early towards Santa Cruz de Tenerife and spent the morning at Las Gaviotas beach and the afternoon at Las Teresitas beach.
