I stopped being active on instagram a few months ago, and have struggled to delete my instagram account once and for all. There are pros and cons to social media, and instagram was a fun place to stay connected with friends and family, but at some point since I first joined instagram in 2011 it became a chore, a time suck, and something that was affecting my behaviour offline. I am not quite ready to quit all social media, but permanently deleting instagram is a good start since that's where I found myself wasting a lot of time.
