INGREDIENTS
▢1 cup makhana
▢½ cup almonds
▢½ cup cashew
▢1 cup coconut desiccated
▢1 bsp ghee
▢ pinch of cardamom powder
▢1 cup jaggery
▢½ cup water
RECIPE
firstly, in a kadai take 1 cup makhana and roast on low flame.
roast until the makhana turns crunchy.
cool completely, and grind to a fine powder keep aside.
in a pan take ½ cup almonds and ½ cup cashew.
roast until dry fruits turn crunchy.
Add 1 cup coconut desiccated .
Grind it into a fine powder .
in kadai take 1cup jaggery and ½ cup water.
boil the syrup until 1 string consistency .
add ladoo mixture and mix well.
start preparing the ladoo.
