BJP Yuva worker Praveen was killed by someone whose livelihood was dependent on him. Sensational information has now emerged which suggests Shafique one of the accused arrested for his murder was the son of the former employee in the chicken shop run by Praveen himself. The outrage has forced Karnataka CM Bommai to announce that there will be zero tolerance for crime in the state. After Praveen's murder barely 60Kms away Fasal was also strapped to death. The CM said that he is contemplating a Yogi Model in Karnataka.
Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai has earlier said "will take necessary action within the framework of law...it might be the UP model or the Karnataka model"
We are joined by a few penalists who will share their views about this.
"Yogi model' is not a constitutional template. It is an extra judicial design to suppress the marginalized minorities. It's a conspiracy against Ambedkar's model of the constitution.", said Majid Hyderi -Jimmy.
Meanwhile, SP's Nahid Lari Khan said, "The only model that BJP is following is that of the President of Sri Lanka. 'Raavan ka Lanka model' is being followed by BJP & see the condition of Lanka."
