A trio of Jackson-area men have been sentenced to spend several years behind bars for their involvement in a plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. The father/son-in-law duo of Pete Musico and Joseph Morrison were sentenced to 12-42 years and 10-42 years in prison, respectively, by Jackson Circuit Judge Thomas Wilson. A third defendant, 24-year-old Paul Bellar received a more leniant sentence of 7-20 years.
