I used to tip the scales at 415 pounds. Then, earlier this year, while planning a trip to Universal Studios Orlando for my family, I realized that I would not be able to fit onto most of the rides in the park. So, I decided to make some changes in my life. As of today, I've lost 94 pounds. I'm still a big guy....and I'm still working on that. But, while on my weight loss journey, I rediscovered my childhood love of amusement parks. Also, along the way, I discovered that there were many people out there just like me, that loved the parks, but were scared or embarrassed to visit because they were unsure if they would fit onto the rides. Well, lucky for you, I have done the dirty work. I have risked embarrassment and the dreaded "walk of shame" to fat guy test this ride so that you can have a better idea whether or not you can, and just as important, if you can't fit. This way you can maximize your day in the park and have a great time!

Magic Kingdom, the happiest place on Earth right. Well.......it can be, and lucky for you, Walt Disney World is VERY plus size friendly. In this video, I will test out The Barnstormer roller coaster over in the Storybook Circus area of the park. I will also give you some tips about the ride restraints, seat fit, big people problem areas, and what I believe the weight and size limits might be.

Just for reference: I am 5'9" and was 321.2 lbs. at my last weigh in. I wear a 3XL-4XL shirt and 2XL (46-48) size pants/shorts.
I have shorter legs with the majority of my height in my torso. I have fairly wide/broad shoulders and carry most of my weight in my belly/love handle area.
