In my opinion, we shouldn't look at heel-to-drop in cross-training shoes the exact same way we look at it in running shoes. The intent — from a performance point of view — for each of these shoes is very different.
So, I think it can more producing relating heel-to-toe drop to the various needs and demands that most will buy cross-training shoes for.
If we can better understand what will prop up our performance, then we can make more educated buying decisions based on our performance needs and wants.
