Currency can be traded in pairs only because that is how you can make money or be profitable, one has to go up and the other has to go down or vice versa. There are three main categories of forex pairs on the broker's platforms majors, minors and exotics. You can trade any pairs in any category from any country with any pair as long as your broker makes it available. The broker will have other trading pairs too such as Bitcoin or cryptocurrency pairs but do not trade until you know what it is or how to trade it.
