In this video we present a case of Papillary ca thyroid with Rt neck node mets in lower neck with involvement of Rt vagus and Rt lower Internal jugular vein. We performed Total thyroidectomy with Bilateral neck dissection and B/L Central compartment neck dissection.
Right vocal cord palsy was due to the involvement of vagus nerve by the neck mets. We dissected the Rt recurrent laryngeal nerve and performed Laryngeal re innervation by anatomising the Ansa to Rt recurrent nerve.
