Shrine of Babamut is located to the west of Edel Vale. You will need the airship in order to access this area. You should see a white merchant tent on the world map, the cave is west of that tent.

In total, there are 3 things you need from the Shrine of Babamut. Two star chests and 1 card chest. Each star chest is located just behind a breakable wall using the bomb.

The Babamut card is at the end of the dungeon surrounded by a trap. You can either get the card during the trap, or after you've cleared the area.
