There are many ways to do this, we're doing the most manual so you get a good understanding of what/how this works.
Step 1: Create a new INSTRUMENT
Step 2: INSTRUMENTS / UTILITIES / TEST OSCILLATOR
Step 3: Open AUTOMATION on your white noise track.
Step 4: As you get closer to your drop or bars end, turn up your gain/volume on the white noise, and automate the EQ to go from all lows to all highs. Once you're near the end, turn everything back to zero.
