Restaurant Style Methi Palak Gosht
Ingredients:
Water: 1.5litr
Beef: 500g
Ginger: 1tsp
Garlic: 1tbsp
Onion: 2
Salt: to taste
Vinegar: 1tbsp
Red chili; 1-2tbsp
Turmeric: 1/2tsp
Coriander powder: 1tbsp
Tomato: 2
Ghee: 250g
Yogurt: 150g
Methi: 200g
Palak: 1kg
Hari mirchen: 4-5
Directions:
- In karahi add water and beef then let it boil.
- Remove foamy texture.
- Add ginger, garlic, onion, salt, and vinegar.
- Cover and cook for 30-40 minutes or til beef gets done.
- Add red chili, haldi, coriander powder, and tomato, and cook til dries.
- Add ghee and yogurt and fry.
- Add methi and palak and cook on medium flame.
- Add green chilies and cook til dries and serve with naan or roti.
