Pressure-sensitive tape is an adhesive tape that really only consist of two components:
The material itself
A pressure-sensitive adhesive
PSA tape is commonly made of cellophane, though it can be made of paper, metal foil, cloth, or a few other less common materials.
It will always have a pressure-sensitive adhesive. Let’s break down what that means: it has an adhesive on one side that will bond to a surface when pressure is applied from the other side.
