When I thought I was entirely done with Gelatine cakes 🙄
I had this image of a waterfall cake working in my mind ever since Christmas. This cake was supposed to be up by the end of Jan but with the kids going back to school its become harder to work with such cake projects.
For this project I used a Victoria sponge 👉🏼 [ Ссылка ]
To make the white modelling chocolate:
225g white chocolate
3 1/2 Tbsp Corn syrup or Liquid Glucose
While making the black modelling choc I used the same recipe and method just more of colour. These were then dipped in cocoa butter

To make the Gelatine:
24g Gelatine
5 Tbsp Water to bloom
2Tbsp sugar or depending on how sweet you prefer
1 tsp flavouring
570ml Water
Use the liquid glucose according to the quantity you require.
This was an absolute fun cake to work on. Time consuming I'll agree but adding the details were the best part.
