Karlobag is a Croatian coastal town located just underneath the Velebit mountain, across the island of Pag. The town is situated on a meeting point of three Croatian regions: Dalmatia (south Adriatic), Croatian Littoral (north Adriatic) and Lika (continental region located east of the mount Velebit). Therefore it is very well connected to both north and south Adriatic as well as continental regions of Croatia. As a result, Karlobag offers a wide variety of activities throughout the whole year and is located near both Plitivice Lakes National Park and North Velebit National Park.
