Having dad bod is not fun and I am on my journey to get rid of my dad bod and get a 6 pack. To get this six pack I am on a weight loss journey as well and my goal is to lose 10-20 pounds in 10 weeks. I am currently down 3 pounds in 2 weeks. Losing my weight is directly related to my discipline with eating a caloric deficient and working out consistently. Most people fail at eating less food and never get the weight loss results they want. Most people fail at staying consistent with working out and never see the muscle they want. But Not Me.
