This is a portrait of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. I haven't painted MLK since I was a junior in high school so this piece is overdue. He was killed at the age of 39, I am now 39 and have been reflecting on his life and journey so I decided to pay homage to a great black man. A great human. Rest in Peace.
