First part is 3x speed, after the fade/skip near the end it's normal speed.

This setup uses 4371 skill points, which is about level 480.

If you're not that high yet get as close to these settings as you can, with the addition of the "Powerful Shrines" skill, and turn off all the extra difficulty settings except "Giants only" and "Endurance". You should be able to get through that using the same strategy in this video, except you can start working on traps around level 20 instead of having to deal with the Shadow first.

That should get you a few 100k experience and give you enough skill points to add a few of the difficulty options back in. Wash, rinse, repeat.
