Dr. Charlotte McIvor, Lecturer at National University of Ireland Galway Department of Theatre Studies, discusses practice as research, including her own work on identity, race and gender studies. Charlotte currently serves as Deputy Head of the School of English and Creative Arts as well as postgraduate director in Drama and Theatre Studies.
