Join our awesome Executive Chef Archie Alvin Athanasius as he shows you how to prepare ‘Posh’ Fish and Chips and serve the Hemingways way.
Ingredients:
Salmon Fillet
Panko crumbs
Lemon Juice
Egg Wash
Flour
Salt and pepper
Tartare Sauce
Mayonnaise
Onions (Chopped)
Boiled Egg (Chopped)
Capers (Chopped)
Gherkins (Chopped)
Parsley (Chopped)
Preparation:
1. Cut the salmon into 3 length wise strips.
2. Marinate the fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3. Coat the fish by dusting off with flour, egg wash and lastly panko.
4. Deep fat fry in sunflower oil.
5. For Tartare sauce; Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and check seasoning.
6. Plate as illustrated in the video.
