From the archives- On this day in 1997, Chelsea travelled to Norway to face Tromso in the now defunct Uefa Cup Winners Cup. This was a 1st leg tie. Thanks to two goals from Gianluca Vialli, Chelsea stayed in the tie for the 2nd leg.
