"EcoCAR 2: Plugging in to the Future," is explained by Jesse Alley, Vehicle Systems Engineer for Argonne National Laboratory, one of the U.S. Department of Energy's largest national laboratories for scientific and engineering research. The competition challenges 15 universities across North America to reduce the environmental impact of vehicles without compromising real world performance or safety.
