The big difference-maker between beach and indoor volleyball is the environment! On the beach, we have an uneven surface (the sand) and Mother Nature to deal with, which sometimes make it hard to keep things within our control. There is a strategy and technique to using the conditions to your advantage, though.
In this video, I go over the top 3 things to consider in order to determine which side of the beach volleyball court is the good side, or the most advantageous side, to play on. Then, I go over how to use this information to get your team off to a great start in your match!
