They're running split?!?!? How do you do that?

Yaesu has made it real easy with the DX-10.

Simple steps.
Enter SPLIT Mode by pressing the SPLIT Button. (VFO B turns red)
1. Set both your VFOs to the frequency. (press and hold the A/B button)
2. Select VFO B (press the A/B button momentarily)
3. Set VFO B to the desired TX frequency. (Rotate the Main Dial)
4. Select VFO A (press the A/B button momentarily)

Now transmit.

To listen to the same frequency the other party is listening to, press the TXW button and hold it down. Releasing the button returns you to split mode.

To stop split operation press the SPLIT button
