The Quantum Summit's goal is to examine the entire range of quantum technologies, from quantum metrology, communication to quantum computing. what is perhaps key is to understand their use, and potential for industrial exploitation. in this introductory talk, I will provide a level-set on the special nature of the quantum as a tool, and how we should think about using that tool in a beneficial way.
