Today I made a flourless apple cake, this cake is so universal that you could put any filling, sweet or savory.

INGREDIENTS :
1 cups + 2 tbsp semolina
1 tbsp butter
5 tbsp oil

1 egg
2 tsp baking powder
Salt
Sugar to taste
1 cup + 3 tbsp milk


You could play around the recipe to get your preferred flavor, and add in extra ingredients to your liking.
