Babina, an HR manager at the digital marketing firm B9 Solutions, was terminated for questioning her boss's decision to deduct seven days' salary for employees taking leave on 19 August, the day of Raksha Bandhan. She hasn't been paid her salary and has been slapped with a defamation suit by her employer while she struggles to find a job over the past three months.
