Leaders from Garissa are at the DCI headquarters at this hour recording a statement on remarks by majority leader, Aden Duale threatening the Kamba community in Garissa. The leaders want the police IG and National cohesion and integration commission to take action against Duale.
In the shocking audio recording, Duale is heard preaching ethnic hate and boasting of controlling the administration.
He is heard urging some of his supporters NOT to allow people from the Kamba Community to register in the area as voters, he further promises to finance a team of youth in every polling station to ensure the Kambas are stopped from registering.
