All you need:
1 pack Basbousah Mix 500g
1/3 cup of animal ghee
3/4 cup yogurt
almonds or any kinds of toppings you prefer
Directions:
*Preheat oven to 350°F (160°C or no.4)
*Empty Basbousah pack into a big bowl. Add ghee and yoghurt, mix until smooth, Let it stand for 5 minutes.
*Spread mix into a baking tray (22cm) previously greased with oil, let it stand for 0 minutes before baking. With knife, cut the dough in square or diamond shapes and decorate with almonds if desired.
*Bake at 350°F (180°C or no.4) for 20 minutes until surface become golden.
*Pour alalali Arabic Dessert Syrup on Basbousah while hot. Serve
