This air fryer baby carrots recipe is sweet, easy, and delicious! Baby carrots are tossed in butter and brown sugar, then roasted in the air fryer until perfectly glazed. This is a super easy carrot side dish for any time!

Ingredients:
1 pound baby carrots
2 tablespoons butter melted
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon parsley garnish optional

Instructions:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 10 minutes.
2. To a medium bowl, add the baby carrots, melted butter, olive oil, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until the carrots are well coated.
3. Add baby carrots to the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes or until carrots are tender. Check on them and shake the air fryer basket halfway through.
4. Remove carrots from the air fryer. Let cool, and then enjoy!
