Much hard work and planning came to fruition March 14 as Nebraska Medicine leaders were on hand to see the new outpatient surgery center for themselves.

UNMC Chancellor and Chairman of the Nebraska Medicine Advisory Board Jeffrey P. Gold, MD, along with interim CEO Rosanna Morris, interim President Bradley Britigan and Village Pointe Surgery Center Medical Director Timothy Knudsen, MD, spoke at the ribbon cutting, congratulating those involved in the years of hard work, while sharing their excitement for the enhanced experience for our patients.
