Whole garam masala (3bay leaf, 3 cinnamon, 6 cloves, 1 star anise, 4 cardamom & 1/2 tsp cumin seeds)
Onion - 2 cups
Green Chili - 8
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Tomato - 1 cup
Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Fresh masala powder - ( 2 star anise petals + 3 cardamom + 5 cloves + small cinnamon stick)
Salt - 3 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp ( for drizzle)
