These peanut butter brownie energy balls make the perfect "on-the-go" breakfast or healthy dessert. You will fall in love with this recipe!!! They taste so decadent, yet are actually super healthy for you, with ingredients like dates, bananas, chia seeds, oats and cocoa powder.
This recipe also has absolutely NO SUGAR ADDED. The bananas and dates make this recipe naturally sweet. I recommend making a batch or two in advance, refrigerating them, and having them as a morning or mid-afternoon snack. I even save these for the evening when I know I will be craving something sweet.

10 MINUTE PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE ENERGY BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup dates
1 medium banana
1/2 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of sea salt
coconut flakes for rolling in (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor (except for coconut flakes) and blend until the mixture is like cookie dough (it's ok if dates are not fully blended).
2. Touch your thumb to your index finger; this is the size you should roll the balls into with the mixture. With wet hands, roll the mixture into balls until all the mixture is used.
3. Roll the balls into coconut flakes if desired, and enjoy right away or refrigerate for a more solid texture. The recipe keeps for 2-3 days.
