VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (NATIONAL GUARD)- The Virginia Air National Guard's Virginia Beach-based 203rd RED HORSE Squadron plans to hold a ceremony at 9:30 a.m., March 3, at Camp Pendleton in Virginia Beach to honor the 18 unit members and three Florida Army National Guard aviators killed in a military transport crash 15 years ago.
