YSRCP and the Joint Action Committee on decentralisation and three capitals organised a massive rally in Vizag to drum up support for the three capitals proposal. Thousands of people took part in the rally that began from Ambedkar statue and wound its way to RK Beach. The Visakha Garjana was a show of strength by the YSRCP to push for its three capitals proposal.
