Tender Coconut Kheer - Elaneer Payasam
Ingredients: Tender Coconut Flesh - 1 cup
Tender Coconut Water
Grind to puree consistency
Milk - 500 ml
Bol the milk
Sweetened Condensed Milk - 3/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Let it thicken. Turn off the stove.
Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup
Tender Coconut Flesh - 3 to 4 tsp chopped
Method:
1. Grind tender coconut flesh with few tablespoons tender coconut water to puree consistency
2. Boil milk. Then add sweetened condensed milk and cardamom powder
3. Once thicken, turn off the stove and let it cook
4. Now add 1/2 cup of the pureed tender coconut and thick coconut milk and mix
5. Add tender coconut pieces and mix. Done! Serve warm or cold!!
