페루 산악지대서 버스 추락 "어린이 등 24명 사망"
In Peru at least 24 people, including children have been killed in a bus crash.
Over a dozen others were injured.
The bus was traveling from Ayacucho to Huancayo on Monday morning when it veered off a highway in the Huaccoto region and plunged down a two-hundred meter deep ravine.
Authorities say the bus had recently passed a safety inspection and an investigation into the cause of the crash is underway.
According to a mayor of a nearby town the road where the bus crashed was damaged in a landslide last month and has not been repaired.
