Tsatsu Tsikata, the former GNPC CEO, has stated that leaders who view Ghana's resources as their personal inheritance are incapable of lifting the country out of its current crisis.
Speaking at the 14th Leadership Dialogue in Accra on the theme; governance, economic transformation, and human development, Tsikata emphasized that Ghana's liberation depends on electing honest and technically competent leaders to navigate the nation's challenges.
