Part of Joshua Tree National Park s closed until the end of the month due to vandalism. What do you think should be their punishment?

Also, my heart goes out to everyone who was affected directly or indirectly by the bombings at the Boston Marathon. It was a hideous and cowardly act of violence. I hope they find and punish the people responsible.
