Having Elections soon or already elected new Leadership?
If your chapter is having elections or has already had elections this semester, please ensure you update your officer roles on the Phi Kappa Tau Portal. This grants the new leadership administrative privileges on the Phi Kappa Tau Portal.
Officer Transitions
A critical part of ensuring smooth transitions is sharing wisdom with your successor. It is also imperative to tie up any loose ends and not leave work for your successor, so that they may begin to move forward. If you or your chapter are unsure on how to ensure a smooth transition or would like more information, contact your chapters success manager for more.
Update your Rosters.
Know of anyone not coming back next semester or someone graduating? It may be a good idea to adjust your roster to reflect what it will look like for next semester.
