Ashtar, to many, is an extraterrestrial being that heads a command of renegade beings that come from all corners of the multiverse. They are on a mission of bringing truth/information and liberation to enslaved planetary collectives. Personally, I see Ashtar as the collective singular expression of the command. I do believe that a being with this name exists but this being is an extension or manifestation of the frequency this group of extraterrestrials hold.
